Hello all, I need to make a "quick" flipper for #9. I am a fixed lab and have tried to setup gingival #6-11 with a single tooth on #9 and it says this type of order is not supported. Well first it says I need to extend to molars and even when I do that it then says order not supported. I have CAD points so I could use removable partial just thought there might be an easy way to do it with fixed tools I am more familiar with. Any suggestions?

How would you manufacture? What material would you mill? The easiest way I can think of would be to design in RPD. Design as a horseshoe then add a Pontic from the library in the attachments section. Mill the whole thing out of tooth shaded PMMA. This would certainly take much longer than a traditional method though.. sorry
