Experiencing extreme tight fitting of the ( original Camlog ) conelog implant analog for the printed model.
I literally have to carefully hammer them into the model.
I am carefully cleaning the printed model, this is top clean inside, waiting to cool down before putting analogs in.
I tried increasing fitting in model builder as test 0,01 0,02 0,05 0,01 ( 3shape, it shows "conelog print model 4.3_3s rev 0.0 in order form/abutment details)
With the 0,05 fitting it does a nice click without the need of a hammer but then the analog is very loose.
Also extraktion of the analogs is impossible without pin-hammering them out from the bottom of the model, often causing destruction of the model.
I already broke insertion tools trying to get em out.
Anyone can confirm this heavy fitting is normal as Camlog says there is no special parameters needed and we don't have issues with other analogs like the medentika versions for camlog implants work fine ( no hammer , low force, nice click).
