Who is using this stuff? (ZrO2 + HfO2)

I know of only One manufacture, but are there any more yet?

I think Hafnium is element 72, and just below Zirconia, which is just below Titanium. All have similar properties.

Yes, it is FDA approved and also a member of the Ident-Ceram program.

How strong do you need it too be?

Seriously. What is too soft and too hard for a Full-contour mono.

I think eMax is on edge of too soft, and all Zirconias are quite strong.

Do you have a fear of soft Zirconia? Other concerns?

I'm pretty sure it is right on the money, as far as strenght. No problems so far with any prep designs. It is great for Bridges, super thin areas, thin margins, etc. I love it.

We had a battle finding the proper shading liquids....still on the hunt for that.

Too soft is something that fails under normal loads in the oral environment and too hard is something that damages natural dentition as far as I'm concerned.
