We are currently using 3 vita MS6000 but the problem is you can only fit around 20 units in each to keep the high quality anything more crowns start coming out milky if you stack trays. we also c=have a ceramill therm for coping that can fit as many units as you want but the quality is only good for copings. does anyone recommend a furnace for like 40 units or more to keep giving consistent quality or is there nothing like it Price doesn't really matter as long as the quality is great

The Mihm Vogt HT Speed would probably be the next step for you. It has 6 MoSi2 SPEED heating elements with a 99C/Min heat rate capability for speed heat cycles and allows for two 12cm stackable trays. A well proven machine, many on this forum have experienced, it has rugged durability and a proven track record. The company is based in Germany and has been making furnaces for 60+ years. This sintering oven has become a staple for them, however they also have some of the best burnout furnaces in the industry, but they are only available in 220Vac, which is why you never see their burnout ovens in the U.S.

Let me know if you want more information.
