Technician wanted in Northern California!

I need a crown and bridge technician for a growing high end small lab in Northern Ca. Preferably very knowledgeable in model work, scanning, working with computers, casting, and metal finishing. I am willing to train the right person. Pay based on ability and or experience to start. Ceramic, denture, businesses, cad design or wax experience a plus! The lab is located in Northern California, 10 minutes from lake Oroville, great hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, and two rivers. Just at the base of the Sierra Nevada mountains. A very beautiful location with a low cost of living compared to the rest of the state.
