Biodenta is a Swiss venture with a global presence and a young and ambitious team. We are dentally different. Biodenta is growing exponentially and seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist for our new state-of-the-art CAD/CAM center in the Washington DC metro area.
Candidate must have basic dental technology experience and basic CAD/CAM knowledge. Moreover this person must be an excellent communicator, very service-oriented and should enjoy helping customers (dentists, lab techs, distributor sales reps) on the phone and via email. The position requires strong organizational skills and efficient problem solving abilities.
