my point is that my old primotec tools cut great compared to a brand new set of sierra tools that destroyed about 30 units of work.

Nano Diamond sierras cut smooth and long. I have a 2mm with 275 cuts and it is still going strong on my VHF mill. And on my other VHF mill I have a 2mm that somehow drilled the positions marks on my aluminum retaining ring around my disk and it is still cutting strong a 80 units, I just put it in mid last week. But I for sure thought the 2mm 3 flute was toast when it drilled the two marks on the aluminum ring, it was loud! The regular VHF burs or any carbide bur would of been toast by drilling in to aluminum. What mill and CAM are you using? And how did you let it destroy 30 units?
