Objects printing flat

hi,
I’ve been having some issues with my objects coming out misshapen. It’s not every time I print something, but does happen a lot. Usually some part of the object (be it an inlay, surgical guide or full model) comes out weirdly flat and delaminate. The print doesn’t stick to the build plate or fall off.. It’s just that after taking it off of the build platform you can see some mistakes. The printer is always clean and calibrated and the resin filtered, and the build supported correctly, so I don’t really know what else I can do.

I've had this happen when there was a particle in the resin pool. you said it was filtered out but it looked exactly like that.

What printer are you using? Looks like you might need to use larger supports. I know most people
don’t like to because it’s a little more work clean up your pieces after printing but it beats a failed print job every time lol.
