Well...
I got my hands on a 3shape d700 scanner and I'm loving it.
I'm still getting my head around the software but coming from an everest background I'm really enjoying how easy it is to design.
I've got the scans and designs exporting to STL. and dcm. after a few tweaks in the control panel so im very happy with how things are going with it all.
So anyway i sent my first lot of files off for printing and they were great when i got them back in the resin.
I invested and pressed them in e.max and found the expansion was a little high.
To the guys printing here: Are you scaling down your prints to offset the expansion of the investment for e.max and metal. I know it seems simple but i just wanted to see what you guys do.
Here are a couple of photos.
Thanks,
Lachlan.
