unfortunately instradent is medentika, and they literally have no idea what i am talking about. I even have the Ref No and pictures of the implant packaging and they were still asking for Xrays and things that made no sense to whether or not I can get a Ti Temp Cylinder at the very least.

Hi eyeloveteeth! Unfortunately, the MicroCone system is not FDA approved in the US so you won't be able to get any parts from Instradent, or anyone else, unless you go to Germany or to a country that sells the Microcone.
