Someone please tell me it's not just me. Internet speed will be the same from day-to-day, but there are days where it takes 5-10 minutes for Itero to try downloading a single case (and sometimes it times out and says it fails after minute 6).

And some days, with the same internet speed, I can download 10 cases all at once in under 3 minutes. :') I've tried chrome, edge, and firefox. It's all the same.

Same Shlt, Same Itero kinda day

Why do you have to manually download? Mine download automatically in my Exocad project file?

Still faster for us than Sirona DS Core.

Shoot I still have to use inLab for like half our doctors and it makes me want to punch my screen every time i have to open it up.

If you haven't already, I'd try closing the browser completely and re-logging in when you encounter this. Although I'd guess this is something you've tried already. Otherwise, clear the browser's cache for iTero specifically to see if that resolves it.

iTero is really bad about cached data. I know this as we use two separate iTero accounts for reasons(haha). So we run into a score of varied issues while bouncing between them. The worst of which is iTero wanting to redownload all of the cases you downloaded via account 1 when you switch from account 2 back to account 1. Just silly. May not be relevant for your issue as we've never encountered slow speeds, but I'd give it a shot nonetheless.
