Internet connections

My local service providers have several options for internet connection speeds. What is recommended for sending files? I dont want to pay for over-kill, but dont want to short myself either. What is the range of file sizes?

1000k to 2000k for an stl from 3Shape - looking at todays inbox - obviously a full arch will be more but it's mostly singles to 3 unit bridges - so to answer the question - small files for todays internet speeds - no major connection required

internet is cheap these days too which is awesome. You can now get 35mbps up and down for 100 a month for business.
