I am retired but have a dentist who would like me to help her out with removable and posterior fixed work. She has the space and I have the equipment. What would be a good way to go about compensation? I prefer a 1099 either piece rate or hourly. I could pay rent and buy all materials etc. and run it like a mini-lab or have no overhead and just bill her monthly for labor. I am looking for a win-win for her, she happens to be my dentist. The facility is top notch. She doesn't want or need digital at this point, she prefers analog. Thanks!

By piece. Keep lab work, lab work. Otherwise you'll be staff, which you will eventually find yourself chair side adjusting and delivering.
