If you want an opinion, thats all this is. Milling zirconia, metal and emax in the same mill is a bad idea. Just because it can do it, and it has a loader, doesnt mean there isnt a whole lot of cleanup in-between. Running zirconia sludge (theres nothing like zr dust mixed with oil) through your $100k mill is your choice, but I can tell you its a complete mess. Cleaning up Titanium chips out of the mill so you can do other things is also a pain. I run a 450i with hyperdent for Ti, no zirconia will ever go in there, for that I have a VHF s2 and that will run all night for zirconia/wax, (even emax and metal, but why?) In running mills for 10 years now, Ive learned that the reseller or mfg will tell you whatever you want to hear (LIE),but the practicality of what you want to do, you will have to find out for yourself. Your best bet would be to get 2 mills, get out your wallet for hyperdent, and pay for the multi machine license, then you can run 1 cam for 2 machines. Stay away from asian mills unless you like gettin up at 3am for service calls. If they dont have a gigantic footprint in the US, its a crapshoot as to whether you will get back up in running in a day or a week.
