No problem. Just a few things you might want to think about. You don't need to reuse the old blanks like I do, you could just melt all new bulk wax each time in the pellet form and it would still come out less than $2. Also, think about when we all used to (and still do from time to time) use wax pots and dipping wax. It came in a bulk form of pellets just like the orange wax I use, and its also plasticized compared to other waxes. Now, assuming you didnt use that entire amount of pellet dipping wax that you put in the wax pot in a single day, you turned the pot off when you went home for the day and when you came in the next morning to turn it on it was completely cooled and solid, then it remelted again and and you used it that next day without any negative side effects and without wondering if any properties changed at all. The way I look at it is the copper mug I remelt it in for that short period of time is just like a wax pot reheating the dipping wax. The temperature is just high enough for it to melt. Also if anybody wants I'll happily send them a stone master model that I used to make my silicone mold from, that way I already did all the guess work and you just gotta make a mold with the stone puck. My dad gave me so much crap when he saw me messing with it making the mold, now he thinks its brilliant when he sees how much $$ it saves for such little time and effort. For people that don't use as many wax pucks as we do I can see it not being very enticing for them to make their own. Thanks for all the replies guys.
