32 units, not bad, sir. i see crowns, copings and what looks to be inlays as well. what about straight single units crowns or copings? max we've managed to nest was about 30 crowns but admittedly they were fair sized full contours.

you ever have your pucks crumble?

Well all this was not mill all at once but they came out ok, only one onlay fail reason: greed and lack of pin support :D

Macron, are you getting a smooth surface on your Zr with the Roland DWX?

Well, we did the same crown on a Zenotec T1 mill and the Dwx50, both crowns look the same .
Note:same cam sof for the 2 machines.

We use fewer sprues and of a larger diameter.
