We are a new lab in San Gabriel. Actually we are new commercially. We are doing Zirconia arches at $2,000 an arch. We do all designing through exocad and positioning through the Icam 4D. We have not had any problems using the Aidite 3D Pro Zirconia. I have also got endorsement from Glidewell to use their Bruxzir. Do you see a benefit in using the Bruxzir over the Adite 3D Pro Zirconia?

Thanks, Bryan

We are an in house lab going commercial. We are based out of Los Angeles. No Chinese speakers here. We are just starting to go commercial and want to concentrate on volume and we can afford to at those rates for the first few years. We want to capture market share. We don't do a lot of different services: Hybrid prosthetics, crown and bridge inlay/onlay.........

Aidite Specs for the 3D Pro
3D pro zir with full contour material has the natural gradient of color, translucency, and strength in a real sense. The full contour material 3D Pro Zir achieves another revolution of dental material.
Bionic
The full contour zirconia material is closer to natural teeth than other materials from the view of aesthetics. Also, its abrasion makes it become a dental material with biomimetic properties.
High Strength
The cervical strength of 3D Pro Zir is up to 1050MPa, which is a great improvement. Long span bridges are stable, and it fully meets laboratories' strength requirements for a broad range of indications.
Layerless Natural Transition
The color transition of 3D Pro Zir with full contour zirconia is similar to natural teeth from cervical to incisal. 3D Pro Zir has a smooth color gradient without visible layers.
Fast Delivery
3D Pro Zir is the leading digital solution in the field of Zirconia materials. The full contour zirconia with excellent characteristics is combined with the 3D Pro Zir Rapid Aesthetic Solution, which will help laboratories finalize and deliver Zirconia restorations within 24 hours.

Thanks for your supportive comments!

The person is asking about 2 Brands of Zirconia.

Why is it ok for you to dismiss their question and just to speculate they are are from China?

And even if they are who cares?
It's some weird thing that Dental techs. like to feel they're superior to the work made in foreign countries even though most of them have never ever seen their work.

It's bizarre.

You can charge whatever you want and so can they.

Capitalism at work folks.

I wouldn't switch just because you can. Switch because it's a better result or a better price for you.

I would say the only thing you might gain from using Bruxzir is the name recognition of Dentists.
Glidewell does a lot of advertising.

Everyone and their dog has a branded Zirconia. And most of it is just rebranded.

What is the average for Lab fee on a full arch zirconia 6-10k? If you are working in house and subsidizing your rent or the Dr buying materials/equipment that is understandable.

You are absolutely correct that we are housed in Dr's office. He owns the lab as well even though it is a separate corporation. We have a direct relationship with the Zirconia manufacturer so there is no middle man. We are trying to focus on quality work at low prices for the Dr's that do not have labs in hopes of becoming a successful commercial lab.

So is your commercial success going in the Drs pocket?

The Dr. is the owner so yes. They want to venture their inhouse lab to a local area provider. They will hopefully charge much more for their outside work.

why quality work with LOW prices?
if you start low you will never be respected or get paid for the quality of work you do

We are doing pretty good just off of word of mouth. No marketing what so ever right now. Doing about 30-45 cases a month. 4-5 Dentists. I do respectable work. That's good enough for me.
