Hello,
We have an Asiga Ultra that we purchased a month or two ago, we have had a few hard splints come out with one quadrant that is just a thin sheet of material, all the supports are there and only half the splint is printed correctly. We are printing them at the 35-50 degree angle per the Keysplint instructions. Both times this has happened it was with more than one splint on the build plate. When printed again, it comes out fine. And ideas? We are maxing out supports on the splints to ensure there is proper support.

This is how I print mine. Same material on the Max 1, no issues. It also helps to make sure you're using an updated material profile and updated firmware for your printer.

Watch out to not have too steep angles in/after first layers, sometimes there will be kind of step/stair aroun the tooths 3/4 or so.
Freeform to make smooth inclines respectively avoid horizontal overhangs like shown the picture.

Noobtechs example looks optimal in that regard :)

We do print flat with attachments as seen in the pictures ( can be lowered a little still in slicer software )and have good results.

P.S.: "Watch out to not have" sounds more right to me, or is "Watch out not to have" better here :D
