I have been using keystone soft splint material to print bite splints. I'm using asiga Max and curing with nitrogen in an ottoflash per keystone's instructions. Upon delivery the splints are very tight fitting. After about 6 months of insertion and removal the antaglio is scraping away and creating a loose fitting splint in the patient's mouths. Has anyone had issues with this? I switched to the keystone soft resin because all of the previous hard resins I tried are brittle and eventually break. I had too many remakes. Now the soft material is not brittle or breaking, but it is wearing out and becoming loose. I'm really struggling to find a material that, one way or another, doesn't lead to remakes in less than a year.

Haven’t had that problem with keysplint soft, sorry. Are you usually 100% validated workflow ? Are you curing correctly?
