Ok just bringing up a little oversight in set number 2 and general tips. There's absence of equator and a fissure in lowerjaw. Equator is not a big deal, it's pretty much only used in freeform where you can block it. On the other hand fissures are a prerequisite for flattering the tooth. It's an algorithmic calculation that's done with the cusp tips. They don't need to be fancy or anything. But from what a recall if you make them a bit thicker your mesh will retain more of their fine detail and depth. So here are a couple of screenshots for you guys to fix it. It's a general tip for all libraries of course, if you ever wondered why some of your libraries don't have that feature. Also, I would recommend making sure there's no overlapping in the cusp defined areas (cusp 1, cusp 2 etc), it'll make your life easier to move the center of the tooth. You can also "lock cusp tips" and use "entire tooth" preset, but the result is a little different. I personally erase all cusp areas so that freeform behaves like "tooth placement" and "place tooth model". To access the model library editor go to C:\DentalCAD\DentalCADApp\library\metadata\generic Open upper or lower jaw dental project. Double click and open with DentalCADApp.exe I'll have to make an in depth article when I have free time, and share my tanaka big teeth library. No internal docs just trial and error. Have fun ! =)
