exo bridge design issue

Hey eXO groupies, I got this error warning again and can’t seem to get past it. I merged bridge design, got blue connectors. Then this error. Check my pics. How do I bypass this? Thanks !!
And this is for ZR. Don’t know why it mentions printing?

Have recently received that same message & failure to merge. What I did do is make sure everything was as I wished and then saved scene as a plain STL file then mill. Connectors will be the same as what you designed plus a bit more as your mill won't actually mill inter-proximals as close as your design. No need to worry about under-sized connectors. Hope this works for you but also interested in WTH it happened!!!

well it looks as if my luck ran out. Must have clicked Back one too many times in Wiz-Merge Restorations and now screen froze. I’ll probably just do a whole redesign tomorrow and hope to jump through the hoops. Thanks Sda

Sometimes for what ever reason, bringing up Task Manager scares things back in line. Feel what you do presently.
