Excessive Intrusion to Antagogist (iterror stl)

Had this once before, not sure cause (or fix). Very high Intrusion # and when I do “Repair” it severly wipes out antagonist. Went through case several times finally going straight to Expert/ Correct Antagonist step, three clicks down, and continued on to design.
When I went through first time crown also comes in turned to lingual. Couldn’t fix that either.
Would like to know the cause. More crazy iterror crap

Last photo, is that the initial proposal of the tooth position? In expert mode check the orientation of the model, Make sure it is correct.

Went to expert,not sure which dept to select, hit Jaw scan relation, moved models a little and this pops. (See pics) Closed it , and still the tooth proposal is tipped.

Like 2thm8kr said, try rotating the lower jaw as to view the occlusal surface. Based off of the images you posted, it seems as though it's reading the current lingual surface as the occlusal surface

Ok, you two made me go back again and I finally found “Orient” in expert. Never saw or used before. You really can teach an old dog new tricks . Makes it a simple fix to a complicated cad issue.
