So a few months ago we sent out the EP5k for repair that entailed changing the gas spring.
The spring that acts as a counter balance to assist in the opening and closing of the head.
Since we got it back, every other program is a vacumn error. I even changed the pump with no luck. It hasnt effected the firings, but the alarm is getting annoying. So I plan to call em up and be like, "Hey, im sure you fixed the gas spring, but someone didn't reinstall the gaskets and seals properly when they put the head back together. I need you to FINISH fixing it."
My question is,
What are the chances we wont have to pay for it?
