Talked to Kodent in California, they did not know what I was even talking about.
So I guess it is Ivoclar or nothing.

The only distributor for EMAX is ivoclar as far as I am aware.

Perhaps this lab is trying to increase their discount with Ivoclar by reselling ingots at slightly over their cost which is most likely better than what a small lab can purchase them for.

Of course this may just be pure conjecture on my part

I googled them a while back after a PM with another member. Just wanted to share what I found. There were quite a few links for Kodent; in CA and WA and TX etc. Seemed kinda conflicting. Not a bad idea though using ones purchasing power and ....reselling. Still skeptic though.
