I feel sorry to hear that. When did it happen? - But ZublerUSA did not get a chance to solve your problems and talk to your lab. We are trying since years to contact our oven-clients in USA to update and upgrate the VP300 ovens, but Jensen never gave us the labs they sold an VP300. Just that you know we do have an upgrade that the oven fan is very quiet. It's true that in the ovens up to 2007/2008 the fan was to noisy. This is solved since years, but we never got notice about your problem. Jensen could solve it easy with the silencer update, done in one minute. In point of pressing when those strange things happens and we hear that, we take care by ourselve and solve. This is why we are back on the market by ourselve now to upgrade and support all the ovens with the newest software. You could get an easy upgrade for the VP300e even in mid 2010 but Jensen our Importer did not make it happen that we can contact our users. Zubler terminated the contract with Jensen and now you know why Zubler is back in USA with an office in TX and GA. Did you sell the oven or you still have the oven. If you sold the oven maybe we can help the buyer and upgrade the oven and if you stll have it we upgrade the oven without any costs or you. If not, never ever say no to use a Zubler VP300e. We have labs with 3 and more pressing furnaces. With the new upgrade - The results just not to beat. I'm not choking. Still I feel sorry for what happend. Here is my email adress, please contact me what happens with the oven. kzubler@zubler.de About multi Ingots it's not a FDA thing. Ask Ivoclar. Don't wait for the Multi Ingots. In Germany they are saying they are not coming. Move forward with the existing e.max ingots - they are perfect and if you use Zubler 144 investment you get excellent results for a much better price. You get a case for free to press e.max. Okay, I hope my answer helps you a little bit and Zubler is for sure a reliable Partner when he has a chance to help. Kurt Zubler
