but result is ugly.. it looks like milled plaster after sintering, absolutely not transparent. Somebody know that type of ZR?

:this kind of zirconium is made by Dental direkt.DON'T USE ACID STAINS, sinter in allumina cover at 1550 -120. With ACID stains after sintering look like pearl gipsum ,with Stain based water Dental direkt or better zircozhan is very pretty.....excuse me for my bad english...

Im use ZX2 Translucent from Dental Direkt and its good, but that one is strange, even without any stain, looks like white chalk even after 120 min at 1550C

I am using Dental Direct too , I have nice results with it by sticking to factory's instructions . I thought Dental Direkt's stains were acid based too .

The issue is with the rate of sinter use 7-10C per minute hold at 900C for 30 min then 7-10C up to 1580C and you will find the best results.
Also do not cover with a lid. The Zr needs as much energy as possible. you can use zirkon zahn stains with acid or no acid! Just be sur to dry very well before with toaster oven, lamp etc. Dental CAD CAM Supplies - Zirconia Milling Machines - BroadwayDentalLab.com

i have 5 brands of "translucent" ZR for FCZ, and problem is only with that one! even if i mill 5 cropings each kind without any stain, sinter it by
8 - 900 - 30 min
3- 1480 - 120 min
10 - 300 - 0
and 4 different brands is translucent and that one is chalk!
by the way in instruction - upper rate - 1450 deg 120 min
