in 2018 sirona launched a module you can buy that allows the conversion.

Talk to Sirona and then, purchase the Sirona dongle from Henry Schein/Zahn, model 6721703 D3696. We paid around $125.00 plus shipping for it. Henry Schein will run you through the set up, and then you will be able to open the Cerec files to drop inot Exocad, or 3Shape.
