Changing Channel angle on Straumann?

So I have this case coming in. It's not here yet but I just spoke with the doc.
Its an anterior single unit but the screw channel comes through the facial and he has his heart set on a screw retained crown. If I were to build this screw retained porcelain fused to zirc restoration, what are my choices?
Does straumann offer any solutions in this situation.

I dont feel like calling my rep.

Like a multi unit abutment. Only engaged....
The multi unit abutments screw down but accept the screw from the bar or bridge at another angle. Only problem is these are designed for multiple units so nothing engages...
If I could find someonething like this that is fully engaging it would solve my problem...

I have a case behind me with 4 synocta implants and was hoping straumann had a solution. However I beleive this is just a 4.whatever size bone level conical but since its like 4+mm sub G I was hoping for a solution...

Straumann can supply me with the set screw and lingual channel thing? Does this thing have a proper name, like an anchor or something.
We can go with a PFM if neccasary...

I don´t think cara in-Butment in Zr02 is available for this platform.

John, where can I find the stock abutment with set screw to fit my straumann RC? And the set screw... is set in just a hold in the coping or what? is there a wax attachment I wax into the coping for casting with precision?

Thanks, I found attachments international. there in MN and i think they can help. Im going to look up XPdent though cuz I want the Bredent name.
I would really like to build this lingual set screw retained PFM cause I never have before, and it looks great.

These casting sleeves... i cant see in the pic. There is a hole on the other side right? For the end of the screw to go through? And then I get one of the drills seen on the same page to make a precision hole in the implant abutment itself? Im guessing after casting and fitting of anotomical coping????
