we done over 1000 of acetal frames using cdm material, they are very good sellers, we use the quattro injection machine to make these.

only way to repair the acetal resin is laser weld.

Can you elaborate about the laser welder usage for repairing acetal resin?

The hot shot gun from Myerson can be used to repair acetal. I repair even major connectors with the gun.

That looks like the one that Valplast was trying to push a couple years back as the new press it never took off as they wanted around 7k for it.

actualy it was sold by zahn dental as "dental d" system.. they stoped selling it long time ago,, the people that sells this now is imperial dental.

its a wonderfull machine, thats why I have 2 of them,,,I can inject valplast type materials, acetal resin, also inject acrilic dentures with it.
