Scott or anyone should be able to design that in Rhino, Solidworks, etc. very easily and quickly for you. Just need measurements. They can save as .STL after the file has been designed.

I could design it in no time, but I don't trust my measuring devices... for example it measures 30.06mm for width which I think is weird...

Well....to measure super accurate...that's all I was saying. Lol. If you think your calipers were off.

I got three calipers, one digital cheapo Chinese and two vernier ones and they all show differences in the hundreds... and the object is too big for my 1" micro meter....

Dang...don't have one that measures in thousandths? It would be a great purchase.

Will ask the guys at the machine shop I'm dealing with...they might have a CMM...
