Do you know what is the password set to edit 3ML files with 3Shape 3ML Editor ?

In fact I've got same error as this thread after replacing the two 13FFM Point Grey Camera.

3Shape support say's camera is the problem but in FlyCapture camera are OK (correctly recognized and filming). They try to re-installed Scan Server but problem still the same).

I only want to open this files to see what there is inside and if it's could help me.

EDIT: For your information it's a 3shape d250 scanner and before camera have problems it's working fine.

When I start scan server, asks for selecting the scanner configuration with a password prompt. This 3ml file has a password, do you have a clue what is the password. Thanks

If it's a hardware issue nothing in the 3ml file will help.

I have bought recently the scanner, the guy whom I bought from told me cannot show me working, because needs older dental system. So it is unfunctional? Can 3shape fix it?

The 3ml files are just a renamed Zip file with a password, it contains a plain XML. IIRC the scanner 3ml pwd was: scandef It might be different tho...I sold my 3sheep long time ago

Yes, it seams that could be a hardware problem, or usb communication problem, do you know the password for USBinterface.exe to debug this error? I have only usb 3 host controller, the manual states needs usb 2. To my knowledge it should be downwards compatible, right?

One of the camera is faulty, somebody knows a bad d640 scanner, I would buy it, maybe one of its cameras would work, and I could make 1 working scanner out of the 2 broken ones.
