These things have to be read in context; like does the prescribing doctor commonly ask for metal occlusals? Is the space limited enough that a metal occlusal is warranted?

I read it that they want a PFM bridge with no metal showing on the buccal but a metal band everywhere else. That’s how I would have done it. No metal occlusion, no metal contacts, no full metal lingual.

There was a guy that came on here years ago with an odd taste issue with e.max, I don’t think that’s a widespread issue either. The way people perceive taste varies widely, some of it is genetic and nothing should be too surprising.
