Does any one know ware I can get the tightening screws for the denture flask press that uses the hex key? Ive had them about six months now and Ive started to strip them out. the springs are still good just don't want to spend the money on new ones every six months. Thanks

I use an 80/20 mixture of rigid/medium and haven't had any issues yet. If the patient follows the instructions that come with the material that is.

I use it mostly in combination with cast metal partials. Not a big fan of all flex partials no matter whats used.

Ive done the clear eclipse base and finished off with injection. Worked well and looked great. I have seem processed bases and the rest poured cant say I like it a few years after the fact with the color differences.....

Broke right ware the denture tooth meets a natural tooth in the anterior. The trouble shooter at Dentsply says 20 min, but for some reason that sounds way to long...

Get your self a tube of Gingifast or what ever. Put about 4 coats of GI-MASK on your impression. Add the Gingifast to the impression. Wait alittle for it to set. Pour model.

Haha yeah good old dentsply. Im not a fan of injectioning dentures.Dont like what pressing does to the fibers. Ive allways been a fan of packing but ive been leaning more toward newer things like eclipse.And pouring.............great for an immediate temp denture :)

How did this go from Valplast to going overseas for a teeth cleaning? Any way I use a rubber tip after the big cutdown and a fine punice then the normal yellow highshine. Works everytime

What stone are u using?Maybe the stone is old. Maybe its the stone and Dup dont mesh well for some reason.Change to Polyflex Dup all ways have good results from that.

Every time I have ever used Hydrocolloid the cast allways comes out alittle wet. I dont see what the problem is. Hydrocolloid has water in it. Maybe dupe with Alginate if you are affraid of a wet model.
