Been using these for quite a while now, and have to say they are brilliantly done.
Custom abutments/LZC, e.max, UCLA’s...

Drawback is, they are 500 for a set of 4, and you need to send them with cases...

You have to be pretty creative, but they pay off. Will post more

Do they fit into a torque wrench? If so, which?

I have always asked the different companies offering the hexalobular drivers about
their diameters on the ball portion to try and figure out which companies are compatible
but no one seems willing to share. Nobel calls theirs the Omni, Dynamic and DESS has one,
Atlantis will probably have their own.
Wonder if there is an industry standard similar to the M2 system for screw heads when
it comes to these angulate solution.
Maybe Beatrice from Panthera or JoChen can chime in?

I do not think there is an industry standard (ISO) for the screw heads/drivers for ASC.
The FDA does not have a standard for these.
However the FDA requires the same level of testing and same approval process for both the ASC ti base with screw and the screw screw seperate (DESS sells ASC screws too for milling centers).
Both the patent(s) as well as ways to improve the design of the parts drove DESS to design their own proprietary driver.
I can assume other manufacturers would say the same thing.

LCM that why our system is unique and the BEST, we keep the ORIGINAL SCREW, when I say ORIGINAL that mean original HEAD of the screw, you can buy it directly from the implant rep and it will work.

In the implant world only 4 hexes are used within all the 400+ implant company i am aware of, with this kit it work with all those implant company since we cover all 4 hexes. All the other, there is no standard, but use the same know-how, it a Spanish company that have the patent on the screwdriver and Nobel, DESS, Atlantis, etc use all the same screwdriver and screw head but again their screws are different from original one, making everything more complicated.

Hope this help you.
Best

Thanks! Love the information we get from the forum, thanks to experts like you all.
That confirms the info about the Spanish origin I read about in the past, but do you know
if that is the one Dynamic Abutment works off from what I read?
Cheers!

Designed an acrylic frame 7DEC1C91-2F20-47CE-8FA2-0AF70CE8E92A.jpeg

Over 2 custom abutments..
I designed the abutments initially with a slot, reloaded it to mill the frame... did the abutments custom/non engaging at TRU, on 6 and 11, used Ti Bases on the 2bi sites.

The Dr was adamant about hiding the access holes.. the implants are... Neoss.. (no solution Neoss)

We milled the frame in acrylic, added pink... Neoss isn’t used with these drivers, but Neoss is a torx, as is Straumann... I had to do A lot of work on the screws and drivers..

TRU will have an angled non engaging soon.. when I go to Zirconia.. I’ve already scanned this as a wax up for future use...
Had the help of a couple rock stars Keisha and Zach and Shawna
