Hoping good time for all members of this nice awesome site
I am dental surgeon from Iraq
I had my own lab with cad cam facility
I see in an exhibition held in my city sample from this material :
http://bioloren.com/fiber-disk.html
i had red about and i think it is like (Trinia) from Bicon
http://www.trinia.com
Bicon said that you must use nano-diamond burs is essential for successful milling.
Shofu recently published an article about milling strategy for the material (Trinia)
http://www.shofu.com/en/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2015/07/Trinia-Milling-Strategy.pdf
So , can any one help me to find online store that are buying the suitable end mills to do the work?
Any expierence in trinia or trailor work ?

best regards
any help will be appreciated

not sure if you are still looking for help, just came across this thread and figured to post a reply since we started working with Trinia material. We have a Roland DWX-50 and we use nano-diamonds the same tools we use for our Zirconia milling. Milling speeds are about the same for milling PMMA just slightly different. they recommend the following settings: cutting speed-70%, spindle speed-130%. make the adjustments in V-panel under "settings" tab and hit "override" tab, and make the adjustments in speeds. We have also milled Trinia on our AG Mikro and Motion 2 mills, but never messed with the speeds because the Camming software does that for us, when generating the NC file it adds different speeds for each step. kind of nice, but like always you can still go into their settings and tweak anything you want, but i would look into what you are changing before you change anything, because as I understand it when AG made their camming software they used the optimal setting for each type of material to give you the fastest possible milling times possible without overworking the machines. hope this helps if the help was still needed. O yeah we also get our diamond tools from Sagemax(which I believe get their tools from Sierra Tools) price isnt bad and we usually get about 8-10 full trinia bars maybe more depending on size and what size of puck we use at the time

I have milled trinia on our hybrid select with regular carbide tools on pmma strategy.
