You're right, definitely not Nobel's. Whatever it is, the interface was intentionally designed for utilitarianism and long service. I'd remember that one if I'd seen it.That's what I thought megagen or active it's neither too short for megagen and not conical or tapered to be nobel active goes straight down

Sadly gonna have to say no to that guess. The cylender directly below the hex (in pic orientaion) must be internal to the implant body based on the design. Pitt-Easy is hex in the hole only.Could be a Sybron Pitt-Easy given the long hex part... Ask for an x-ray to see how those impression copings seat in the implants...might give us a clue...
