After 40+ years in this business I have seen too many dentists that have this level of "Quality." Get rid of this hemorrhoid! You will feel much better. The sad part is that this Dr has been licensed by the state he practices in. Kinda reinforces my feelings about Lab Tech's being licensed. Just because you are does not indicate the quality you produce.

Ken,if you are scanning these cases,perhaps you could show him a screen shot of the undercuts.

This is what we do and it is well received by my client when we do this. But there are the ones who never learn no matter what you do.
