You forgot EXTREME 615 MPa by TD Dental Supply - Not a rebranded zirconia.

Jensen XT is in the correct category. It is 1,100 mpA. Jensen Imagine is the new super translucent.
To respond to your question about handful of manufacturers...Look at it this way...You could say there is only 1 manufacturer of "Gold" (Mother earth) so all dental alloys must be the same, right? WRONG.....Same thing with Zirconia.. The raw material might sourced from the same place (Tosoh, etc) BUT what the manufacturer adds to it (Binders, etc) will make a BIG difference it how it performs, looks, etc. Just like alloy! ;)

But...there are a bunch of different brands that are exactly the same, arent there? Where are the places this stuff is made? Id like to go see sometime.

Soon labs will be buying the zirconia powder and creating their own brand with different puck dimensions. What do you think?.
But in the mean time I'll stick with Jensen's XT.

nah. people might be buying powder but it won't be for making pucks imo. the zirconia 'printing' soup idea was a bit of a flop, but i believe that it (powder) could be infused in a resin more stable, that will print, and crystallize.

beause remember the new super trans pucks are all about the fillers and binders, not the zirconia.

so a material to print will utilize the zirconia in much the same way, like a structure.

Nice list breakdown, user name. Are they also classified by their mpa strength? 1000+ mpa zircona considered a type 6, and the 550-700 considered type 5 zirconia category?

I agree Bob.
Tried 12 zirconia's off that long list and XT ranks at the top of my consistency list for shades and translucency....
