Terminology about Splint & Bridge

upon below Lab Ticket Information, I wonder if I should make #19 and #20 splinted or not?

Should I make 2 single unit crowns or splinted?

I just confused on the word "Bridge" , Bridge involves a pontic, while it doesn't seem like the Case for this particular Case.
