Any smaller straight handpeice diamond with a round tip.
I've had fracturing with sharp tips. We use round-end taper burs from Brasseler or Komet 850 023 or 850 016.
Needle burs work but the diamonds wear off instanty.
You can use totally round diamonds.We like the round taper for multi uses.
Inverted cones work but you increase the odds of fracture as with any sharp edge.
