Problem with IPS InLine & InLine One (Conventional Metal-Ceramic)

Hello,
I'm writing here because I can't program my porcelain furnace Multimat Touch & Press (Densply). Could you give me some advices or any program to do it right. At the moment there's no way that my furnace will work with current program on this type of porcelain. So... how can I program it?

I have the same furnace and have no problems firing any porcelain. I have been firing the inline one in it as well. What programming issues are you having ?

Firstable I really appreciate your reply. Could you send me or write here how do you program your Multimat furnace (program for IPS InLine & InLine One).

Here is how I have it programmed. This is for the 1st dentcisal firing you'll be able to see where the different values are entered and should be able to plug in the numbers for the remaining programs that you need opaque,glaze, 2nd dentcisal etc.
At firing mode choose Ceramco
At program type choose Individual Programs
PreDry- oo
Dry- 04:00
Preheat- 01:00
Low Temp.- 403 c
Heat Rate- 60 c
High Temp- 910 c
Vacuum on: 450 c
Vac. Level- 29.0
Vac. Off- 909 c
Vac. Hold- 00:00
Firing Time- 01:00
cooling- 0

Thank you very much for your answer. Could you tell me what's the temperature at the closing time? (403C or 450C)
