Printer Resin tooth shade?

Hey guys is there any resin out there for 3D Printers that you like to work with that can do tooth colored flippers? Dr wants a A1 shade flipper ie choking hazard nezbit
( we will probably do this analog style anyway but i was wondering if it is a possibility)

You're better off using acetal. Milled if you can. I do a lot of those....patients and docs love them.
