P500 software update

Hi
just wondering if anyone has done a software update for the Programat P500
using a USB stick. I've copied the download to a stick but my furnace is not reading
the file. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Make sure you downloaded for P500 at bottom, there is P510 also which is different i guess.

Also: Instructions say copy .gz file to stick so do NOT unzip/extract, just copy the downloaded file.



P.S.: Maybe try another USB stick, not the first to cause errors

Had to connect a laptop to the furnace. All good.. Thanks for your reply.
