Outsourcing a 3-shape DCM scan file to Dental Wings

I am talking to a domestic outsourcing lab that has the Dental Wings system. I have a 3-shape scanner and I want to send 3-shape DCM scan files to the other lab for design and milling. I have exported these DCM files to the other lab and they say that they can't use the DCM files on their Dental Wings. Are they missing something? Can you help me help them accept these files?

You can request 3Shape to enable your 3Shape scanner to output .stl files, then in the scan option menu you can turn it to .dcm or .stl. Contact your 3Shape distributor to get this enabled.

Once you have .stl files coming from your scanner you should have no issue sending those scans to your outsource provider.
