One little question about anodizing

I never do anodizing myself but it's seem easy.
So I'm gonna order anodizing kit soon.

Here is question.

How many one titanium wand make anodized abutment?
Is it always change liquid when I do?

I use 5 grams of TSP to 1 liter of distilled water. The water molecule is broken during the process. The electrolyte is not used up, only the water.
I change out the solution when the oxidation process slows after several uses. Technically you could just add water to the solution, but how much is a guess.
Make sure your cathode is greater in mass than what you want to anodize.
