Need a lab to mill a bar for me.

Specifics are a full upper arch, 8 Implant Direct screw plant implants. I was given this case because patient was unhappy with results from another office/lab. Looking for a screw retained zirconia bar, having a hard time finding anyone compatible with ID.

Man good luck on getting something out of zirconia made on top of the ID parts.

If not zirconia, what are my options? I will be layering and have gc mc and emax ceram porcelain systems. Zirconia isn't a MUST but preferred.

Either a traditional titanium bar with wrap around acrylic or maybe someone can mill you a chrome cobalt or titanium framework? ID parts are very limited when choosing a restorative option. I know the feeling though I was in the same situation a couple months ago, we chose to do a conventional bar with locator attachments for a locator overdenture bar.

Mill out of Ti, slap on some porc.

Works perfectly.

We have great prices and use Two HAAS mills, German scanners and support ID stuff.

HI bent, I confirm we do zirconia on the implant direct overdenture abutment.
