I always feel embarrassed in the implant thread. Don't think too lowly of me por favor!
Second MIS case one of my docs has sent me. From first one I was told from MIS that zimmer screw vent will work for these. So this one doc says is 4.2. I call milling center, who I send abut files, to verify which Zim SV size to order. I was told 4.2
SO I design it, I take it to the min size allowed. Looks decent. Get the abut back and it's massive in real life. I'll need to skinny up the base as pic shows.
Question is, how far can I take it? All the way to top of analog and taper out from there?

Can I trim off like drawn below? Cut back to orange line?

You can cutback and maintain the required wall thickness and away from abutment interface

You can contour that however you see fit to make it work in this situation. The tissue conforms to the abutment. Shape it like a premolar root emergence.
