I'm trying to make a Maryland bridge on posterior(45- wing, 46- full contour pontic, 47- wing). I'm using an updated version of 3shape and the computer didn't allow me to proceed on scanning. i put the details right in according to what i needed to do. is there any possibilities to make a CAD - CAM Maryland bridge??? anyone who have some idea??

use Frame (non anatomical) coping for wings, ensure all elements are connected as Bridge. really hope this case has retention.

I treated the adjacent teeth as crowns and placed the margins around the height of contour. I bulked up the connectors.

After milling , I would remove the pmma until I had the wing design I required complete with cement space.

Ditto's CoolHandLuke. We have done several Maryland bridges using the Frame coping, simple. We did them in metal and used the anatomical pontic with cutback and layered porcelain.
