KDF Zircom programming?

Programming the furnace seems simple enough, all it wants to know is a desired temp, and how long to hold for. Great. However, my zirconia wants a heat rate of 7* per min to a 900, then 10* 1500, after holding it wants a cooling rate of 7* per min to 1000, then 10* per min to 200

The furnace seems like its more advanced than my old sintra , why can't I find a way to program these values? It seems like there is no control at all over heat rate, its just full throttle till it hits a temp? What am I missing?
