Throttle body, and Idle air valve cleaning, possibly the sensor. hope that fixes my problem.
I drop into neutral at stoplights and give it a little gas.

I cleaned the throttle body on our Honda and it made a big difference. Smoother idle and quicker throttle response. Good luck!
